I am one step closer to becoming vegetarian.   And not the type of vegetarian that eats Tofurkey.  But the type of vegetarian that can’t put a mound of dead flesh in their mouth and strip off the beef from the bone with their teeth. Just a quick note to let you know that I have made it to Granada, Nicaragua.  And only to rub the wounds of my freezing cold, fellow cornfed Midwesterners....it is hot as foo-huck down here.
